Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1–3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with strong mechanical aptitude in machining process engineering.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and implement measurable improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, PCPD, DMAIC, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering expertise and leadership for extrusion process technologies, supporting daily manufacturing operations through structured problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis.
• Support new die introductions, equipment installation, process certification, and documentation to ensure safe, high‑quality processes.
• Develop documentation for key process steps and train operators on new equipment and processes.
• Lead or contribute to projects using DOE methodologies to drive process and product improvements and cost‑reduction initiatives.
