Job summary

ADM seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee the TVP facility's daily operations in Illinois. You will coordinate hourly production staff, lead safety and environmental compliance, and mentor new and existing employees to uphold quality and efficiency.

You will conduct shift meetings, enforce discipline, and drive continuous improvement through training and performance evaluations, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience directing hourly production staff.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, environmental guidelines.
• Ability to train and coach staff effectively.
• Background check required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the TVP facility, ensuring quality, housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Lead startup shift meetings and communicate daily plans to incoming staff.
• Coordinate daily operations of hourly production employees to meet safety, quality and quantity targets.
• Assign tasks based on staff experience and capability to optimize performance.
• Provide coaching, monitor performance, and enforce discipline as needed.
• Conduct regular safety and GMP inspections and report incidents.
