Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Program Manager, External Relations to support execution of external relations programs across Industry Relations and Consultant Relations. You will manage briefings, meetings, events, communications, reporting, and workflows, partnering with relationship leaders and cross-functional teams to keep programs organized and on schedule.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and a track record of delivering concise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years in program coordination/management/events/marketing operations/sales enablement/communications support.
• Experience coordinating virtual and in-person meetings and events, incl. scheduling, materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint; ability to learn CRM workflows and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of external relations programs across Industry Relations and Consultant Relations; manage briefings, meetings, events, communications, reporting, and workflows.
• Partner with relationship leaders and cross-functional teams to keep programs organized, measurable, and on schedule.
• Develop and maintain integrated workplans, calendars, milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Coordinate NDA, approval, budget, invoice & information-sharing workflows with Legal, Compliance, Marketing/Communications, Finance, and stakeholders.
• Capture external feedback and build dashboards and leadership updates on engagement activity and program performance.
• Maintain CRM records, distribution lists, contact and firm profiles, engagement trackers, and data standards.
