Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in securities, capital markets, investment services, brokerage, clearing, custody, or related financial services industries.
• Proven success leading large-scale, enterprise programs in complex, regulated environments.
• Demonstrated executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise program strategies with governance, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver initiatives within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
• Build and manage executive stakeholder relationships with strategic guidance and transparent reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and constraints while driving continuous improvement.
