Fidelity Information Services, LLC (FIS) is seeking a Program Manager Principal to lead enterprise-wide programs across Capital Markets. You will drive strategic planning, governance and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver on critical business objectives.

The role requires a proven track record in large-scale programs within regulated financial services, strong executive presence, and expertise in budgeting and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in securities, capital markets, investment services, brokerage, clearing, custody, or related financial services industries.
• Proven success leading large-scale, enterprise programs and strategic initiatives within complex, highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, clients, and key stakeholders through effective communication and leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and expertise in program governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise program strategies aligned to business priorities, establishing program governance, objectives, resource plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver complex initiatives within scope, budget, quality, and timeline expectations.
• Build and manage executive stakeholder relationships, providing strategic guidance, transparent communication, and actionable program reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and constraints while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across multiple workstreams.
