Job summary

Durham Exchange Club Industries in Durham, NC seeks a Program Services Manager to lead external rehabilitation programs, including Job Placement, PRE-ETS, and Long-Term Vocational Supports, ensuring quality, compliance, and outcomes.

You will manage staff, coordinate with state and local agencies, develop goals, monitor performance, and build partnerships to expand services for people with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year college degree in related field and five years of supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; managerial experience with services coordination.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation programs/resources and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead DECI’s external rehabilitation programs and drive financial performance and outcomes.
• Oversee Job Placement, Long-Term Vocational Support, and PRE-ETS in specified counties.
• Develop and measure goals for external programs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct performance reviews, and manage training.
• Forge partnerships with referral and funding agencies and stakeholders.
• Coordinate audits, reporting, and data for outcomes and program quality.
• Act as liaison between staff and Program Services Director; backup as needed.

Education

Four-year college degree in related field

Master’s degree preferred

Driver's license
