Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full Time Originating External Sales Manager to lead a team of Loan Originators and manage personal production. The role includes developing Realtor relationships, recruiting LO staff, and supervising production under the Branch Manager's guidance.

The candidate should have mortgage industry experience, strong communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to travel up to 80% and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; knowledge of mortgage pricing and underwriting practices.
• Working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local programs and private investors.
• Familiarity with laws such as Truth-in-Lending, RESPA and related requirements.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to assess financial information.
• Ability to manage and supervise a staff of Loan Originators.
• Sales-oriented self-starter with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend new referral source meetings.
• Maintain personal production goals.
• Develop and maintain Realtor relationships.
• Recruit Loan Originators as directed by Branch Manager.
• Supervise and coach Loan Originators to meet production goals.
• Train Originators on sales techniques with follow-through.
• Monitor loan originator loan quality and adherence to policy.
• Oversee compensation plans to balance with production.
