Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a warm and professional approach.
• Organized in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• Comfortable with basic computer tools and office systems.
• Problem-solver who can handle situations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for families seeking home care services.
• Coordinate caregiver and client schedules to build care plans.
• Onboard and orient new caregivers.
• Communicate updates and changes between clients, families, and staff.
• Visit or check in on client situations to ensure care quality.
• Maintain accurate records for compliance.
• Improve service flow with office staff.
• Assist with outreach and recruiting caregivers in the community.
• Manage scheduling adjustments and day-to-day coordination.
• Participate in team discussions to improve service.
