Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Fayetteville is seeking an External Client Care Coordinator to support clients and families, ensuring care services are organized, responsive, and delivered with compassion across the community. You will work closely with caregivers, families, and internal staff to keep care services running smoothly, manage caregiver schedules, and help set up new client services from start to implementation. Compensation: $30,000–$45,000 per year.

• Keep documentation and care notes accurate.
• Address scheduling conflicts with care.
• Support daily operations and coordination flow.
• Engage in outreach to support community caregiver connections.
• Participate in planning to improve service delivery.
