maineline is seeking an experienced Exterior Identification Signage Installation Project Manager to lead the installation phase of exterior signage projects from pricing through closeout. You will coordinate site surveys, review drawings, and ensure field readiness with internal teams and partners nationwide.

The role requires strong project management, technical understanding of fabrication/mounting, and the ability to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and installation partners.
• Experience reviewing construction documents and managing installation projects.
• Ability to read architectural plans and construction documents.
• Familiarity with project scope, cost, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the installation phase of multiple exterior signage projects from pricing through closeout.
• Coordinate and oversee site surveys and review project drawings.
• Ensure installation partners have complete and accurate information for field execution.
• Develop installation schedules and manage readiness for field work.
• Lead client communication and coordinate punch list, warranty work, and project closeout.
