The role requires 5+ years PM experience in signage, 2+ years leadership, deep knowledge of fabrication, permitting, and budgeting. You will mentor staff, implement best practices, and coordinate with sales, production, and design to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in signage or a related industry.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of signage fabrication, permitting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a PM team to strengthen technical and client-facing capabilities.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from quote to cash, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality control, and accurate documentation.
• Train PMs in contracts, change orders, invoicing, and IC-134 reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, sales, production, and design to meet scope and timelines.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency across the department.
