Stronghouse is seeking a Field Sales Representative in the Boston, MA metro area to guide homeowners through exterior remodeling projects by recommending roofing, siding, windows and decking solutions. This performance-based role offers pre-scheduled leads, uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will present products, close deals, and maintain CRM records while delivering exceptional customer service from first contact to project handoff.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
• Experience in home improvement, construction, or exterior remodeling.
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand goals and recommend exterior remodeling solutions.
• Present company products and services through clear, confident sales presentations.
• Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activity in the CRM.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through project handoff.
• Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and identify referrals.
• Attend team meetings, training, and sales strategy sessions.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.
