Pinnacle Home Improvements is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative for exterior remodeling. You will run pre-qualified in-home appointments, build trust with homeowners, and present tailored solutions for roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters.

Expect paid training, ongoing coaching, and a performance-driven path with uncapped commissions. The role is field-based with high earning potential through commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachability and openness to feedback.
• Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing.
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders for attic inspections.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-qualified, in-home appointments. No cold calling
• Build trust with homeowners and deliver tailored solutions for exterior remodeling projects, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters
• Present and demonstrate products with confidence and clarity
• Navigate financing conversations and position value effectively; close deals at a high level while maintaining a strong customer experience
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure operational precision
• Generate referrals and identify additional opportunities
