Integrity Exterior Solutions is seeking a confident Sales Representative to help homeowners upgrade their properties with exterior remodeling solutions. This is a high-ticket role involving roofing, siding, windows, and more, with a focus on building trust and guiding customers through major purchasing decisions.

The position offers a guaranteed base pay of $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with an annual earning potential of $100,000–$200,000+ for strong performers, depending on sales

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/marketing-related fields preferred.
• High-ticket, in-home/exterior remodeling sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible sales schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb a ladder and inspect exterior areas.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through company-provided leads, referrals, networking, neighborhood outreach, and self-generated opportunities.
• Conduct in-home consultations and exterior property assessments.
• Sell high-ticket residential exterior remodeling projects.
• Educate homeowners about products, materials, warranties, financing options, and timelines.
• Prepare and present accurate proposals and estimates.
• Guide customers through the full sales process from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
