Job summary

Terra CPS is hiring a Porter to maintain client properties across Metro Atlanta. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, handle trash, operate light equipment, and report property issues to keep sites clean and safe.

The role requires reliability, ability to work independently and in a team, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. This full-time position offers paid training, advancement opportunities, and a company vehicle for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Prior sweeper truck, equipment, or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of trash properly.
• Operate light equipment like back pack blowers and brooms.
• Document service completion and report property issues (lights out, potholes, dumping, etc.).
• Follow company safety rules and traffic laws.
• Properly use company apps and systems to document progress.
• Keep beds and landscaping free of debris.
• Take large items that have been dumped illegally to the proper disposal location.
• Work at two-three locations on a daily basis.
