Terra Commercial Property Services seeks a reliable Porter to maintain client properties at multiple Metro Atlanta sites with company vehicle support. You will perform cleaning, debris removal, and basic property upkeep to keep sites presentable.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, independent work, and collaborating with a team. Work is in-person across two to three locations daily, with full-time hours and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL not required but a plus.
• Prior sweeper truck, equipment, or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of trash properly.
• Operate light equipment like back pack blowers and brooms.
• Document service completion and report property issues.
• Follow company safety rules and traffic laws.
• Use company apps/systems to document progress.
• Keep beds and landscaping free of debris.
• Transport dumped items to proper disposal location.
• Work at two-three locations daily.

Job Summary

We're hiring a Porter to keep client properties looking their best. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining our client properties. Ensuring the properties are clean and items that need extra attention are resolved in a quick manner. This person will be the guardian for the properties they are assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of trash properly.
• Operate light equipment like back pack blowers and manual trash grabbers and brooms.
• Document service completion and report property issues (lights out, potholes, dumping, etc.).
• Follow company safety rules and traffic laws.
• Properly use company apps and systems to document progress.
• Keep beds and landscaping free of debris.
• Take large items that have been dumped illegally to the proper disposal location.
• Work at two-three locations on a daily basis.
