You will close deals through consultative home visits, own your relationships, and enjoy flexible scheduling and strong earning opportunities. Ideal candidates demonstrate a track record in outside or in-home sales, a no-gimmick approach, and the ability to explain technical benefits clearly.

Qualifications

• A track record of success in outside sales or in-home consultations.
• No-gimmick approach and belief in Made in the USA products.
• Entrepreneurial spirit in commission-based role within Window World.
• Strong listening and rapport-building skills to explain technical benefits.
• Familiarity with Northeast Ohio region is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with a consultative sales approach and close deals.
• Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the decision process.
• Explain benefits of window and home improvement products to customers.
