Job summary

MSX International is seeking a field-based service consultant to lead assessment, installation and sustainment efforts for the Advanced Express Service Plus Program across dealer networks. You will train dealership staff, provide in-person follow-up, and ensure timely reporting and KPI tracking.

The role requires 7–10 years of aftermarket experience (retail tire/fast oil change a plus), strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of aftermarket experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• OEM dealer contact experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Assess, install and sustain MSX Express Service Plus program at dealer sites.
• Train dealership staff and provide in-person follow-up support.
• Complete field reports and weekly expense submissions.
• Analyze dealer financials to develop action plans for improvement.
• Implement service advisor selling systems and process improvements.
