Job summary

MSX International is seeking Subject Matter Experts to support Field Service Development Managers in each region.

Responsibilities include implementing service strategies with dealerships, training on service lane processes, and using tools like Service Workbench and Online Service Scheduling. The role requires up to 90% travel and collaboration across District Sales, Service, Parts, and Zone management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Previous automotive experience with 1 year of fixed operations or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills; must be a good listener and writer.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to develop presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement service strategies with dealership personnel to grow the business and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Train and monitor dealers on service lane processes and tools.
  • Become a center of expertise for Service Workbench and OSS.
  • Assist dealers in improving LOF/MPVI cycle times to under an hour.
  • Meet metric goals for assigned dealers within a geographic area.
  • Track metric progress and evaluate new candidates for service strategy implementation.
  • Interface with District Sales, Service, Parts, and Zone management for cross-communication.
  • Share best practices, ideas, and analysis techniques via the SDM forum.
  • This position requires 90% travel time.
  • Complete other assignments as necessary.
