Sheehy Auto Stores in Maryland is seeking Service Advisors to join our Toyota service team. As an advisor, you will greet customers, listen to their repair needs, present recommended services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quality work.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Authorized to work in the USA; pass pre-employment background, MVR check, and drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and courteously.
• Articulate repair needs to technicians.
• Present recommended services with low-pressure, high-integrity methods.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair costs.
• Adhere to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Follow up on repairs and inform customers of progress.
• Sell and manage extended warranties.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure completion.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Review repairs and costs with customers.
• Maintain CSI scores per dealership standards.
