Mountain States Toyota, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is hiring an Express Advisor for our high-volume service department. You’ll be the primary contact for customers visiting the Express Service area, delivering a fast, accurate service experience.

Competenze

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or dealership operations preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.

Mansioni

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, documenting vehicle concerns and maintenance needs.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of express maintenance services
• Communicate service updates, estimated completion times, and additional repair recommendations to customers.
• Review completed work with customers, explain services performed, and process vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, repair documentation, and warranty information.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting dealership productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
