East Madison Toyota, part of the Penske Automotive Group, is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our service team. You will act as the liaison between customers and the service department, scheduling appointments, reviewing service history, and relaying important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers with accurate cost estimates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a service department is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers and the service department to schedule appointments.

• Provide accurate cost estimates and explain maintenance and repair options clearly.
