Job summary

East Madison Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As the liaison between the customer and the service department, you will schedule appointments, review service history, and relay important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers, while providing accurate cost estimates.
