Subaru of Sterling is hiring an Express Service Advisor to join our Sterling, VA dealership in a full-time role. You will act as the main liaison between customers and technicians, explaining service needs and preparing repair estimates with parts and labor.

Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $72,000 annually, based on performance, with commission and bonus potential as part of total rewards. Previous dealership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dealership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians.
• Explain service and repair recommendations to customers.
• Prepare repair estimates, including parts, labor, and customer costs.
• Create and process repair orders in the service system.
• Inform customers of any additional service or repair needs found during inspections.
• Process manufacturer warranty repairs when applicable.
• Keep customers updated on service specials, repair status, completion times, and costs.
