Olympia Subaru is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our quick service lane and help keep customers moving. You will greet customers, write basic repair orders for maintenance services, and clearly communicate service recommendations to ensure fast, accurate service.

You will coordinate with express technicians, provide status updates, and deliver a positive customer experience in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required (automotive a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Desire to grow into a full Service Advisor role

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with quick service needs
• Write basic repair orders for maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)
