Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle performance concerns or service requests.
• Write repair orders and develop clear, accurate service estimates.
• Communicate needs and recommendations, serving as liaison between customers and technicians.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage when applicable.
• Communicate service updates, completion times, and pricing.
• Recommend additional maintenance or repairs based on vehicle inspections.
