Job summary

Crowley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a Mopar Express Service Advisor to guide customers through the express service process from greeting to checkout.

Responsibilities include creating accurate repair orders, explaining maintenance recommendations, coordinating with technicians and parts, and keeping customers informed of progress. A valid license and strong communication skills are essential; experience in a dealership setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain maintenance recommendations clearly.
• Experience in express service or dealership service desk preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet express service customers promptly and document requested maintenance.
• Create repair orders detailing customer concerns, vehicle information, services and ETA.
• Explain recommended maintenance, pricing and completion times; obtain authorization for additional work.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure efficient workflow.
• Review multipoint inspection results with customers and explain technician recommendations without pressure.
• Keep customers informed about service progress, changes to estimates, and delays.
• Review completed repair orders with customers and assist with checkout.
• Maintain an organized service write-up area and customer records.
