Subaru of Sterling, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking an Express Service Advisor in Sterling. You will be the primary liaison between customers and technicians, explaining repairs and preparing estimates to drive clear, customer-focused outcomes.

The role emphasizes fast-paced multitasking, strong service mindset, and accurate documentation, with pay reflecting performance and a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dealership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians.
• Explain service and repair recommendations to customers.
• Prepare repair estimates, including parts, labor, and customer costs.
• Create and process repair orders in the service system.
• Inform customers of additional service or repair needs found during inspections.
• Process manufacturer warranty repairs when applicable.
• Keep customers updated on service status, costs and timelines.
