Subaru of Sterling is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our dealership team. This full‑time role reports to the Service Department and focuses on communicating with customers and technicians, preparing estimates, and processing repair orders.

The position offers a pay range of $45,000–$72,000 based on performance with commission eligibility, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a dealership setting and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in dealership setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians.
• Explain service and repair recommendations to customers.
• Prepare repair estimates, including parts, labor, and customer costs.
• Create and process repair orders in the service system.
• Inform customers of any additional service or repair needs found during inspections.
• Process manufacturer warranty repairs when applicable.
• Keep customers updated on service specials, repair status, completion times, and costs.
