Subaru of Sterling is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team in Sterling, VA. You will diagnose vehicle issues, present repair options to customers, and prioritize tasks to keep service bays moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service advisor role or related field.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, repair procedures, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and software.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems to determine necessary repairs and maintenance
• Communicate repair estimates and recommendations to customers in a clear and concise manner
• Prioritize tasks to ensure completion of repairs and maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and vehicle history
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repair processes
