Subaru of Sterling is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will greet customers, assess vehicle needs, explain repairs and costs, and provide accurate estimates while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate has prior Service Advisor/Writer experience, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor/Writer preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain repairs and costs clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
