Allen Turner Automotive is actively hiring an Express Service Advisor for our Allen Turner Hyundai location in Pensacola, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service or entry-level automotive experience who wants to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, high-volume service department.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers coming in for routine maintenance - setting the tone for a smooth, efficient, and professional service experience.

• Provide timely updates and maintain strong communication with customers
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed promptly
• Deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned
