Job Duties

• Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately
• Inspect and top off all vehicle fluids
• Rotate tires, check pressures, and inspect tread condition
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades as needed
• Complete multi-point inspections and report any issues to the service team
• Lubricate chassis and other components per manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Accurately document all work performed
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department or dealership operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience at an automotive dealership
• Strong understanding of the service drive
• Years of experience vary per position
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
