Lost Pines Toyota is seeking an Express Service Advisor to greet customers, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and quick lube techs. You will present additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods and provide accurate repair estimates. Maintain customer satisfaction and follow up on repairs.

• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index scores in accordance with dealership standards
