Job summary

Lithia & Driveway Elk Grove Ford is seeking an Express Lube Manager to lead express service staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and achieve Lithia’s performance targets. You will hire, train and develop all express service personnel and report to the Service Manager.

The position offers a monthly salary range of $6,000.00–$8,000.00, with incentives tied to performance. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, is required. Comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Domestic brand experience – highly preferred.
• Customer-service oriented team player.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residency.

What You’ll Do

The Express Lube Manager manages the activities of all express lube related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and the accomplishment of Lithia’s performance targets. You will manage the hiring, training and development of all express service personnel.

The Express Lube Manager reports to the Service Manager.

What You’ll Bring

• 2-+ years of experience in similar role, _ Required _
• Domestic brand experience _ highly preferred _
• A team player who is focused on providing excellent customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residency.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Total Rewards

The California salary pay range for this position is $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Department Net and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability and Department Production (Flat Rate Hours sold).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
