Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Lube Technician at Priority Ford Norfolk. Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, with open scheduling to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet peak demand.

You will diagnose vehicle concerns, perform routine maintenance, document results, and maintain a safe work area. No prior experience required; valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent are needed.

• No prior experience required for entry-level position.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and perform maintenance and repairs per orders and Lithia standards.
• Document procedures, repairs, test results, and labor time in dealership systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and proper tooling.
• Complete required training and maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications.

What You'll Do

Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete maintenance and repairs accurately, efficiently, and according to repair orders, manufacturer guidelines, and Lithia standards. Document all diagnostic procedures, repairs performed, test results, and labor time accurately using dealership systems and timekeeping procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while properly caring for tools, equipment, shop supplies, and customer vehicles. Complete required technical training, maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications, and communicate with service advisors, technicians, and dealership leadership.

What You'll Bring

Automotive Technical Knowledge No previous experience required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
