Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls is seeking an Express Lube Advisor to be the first point of contact for service customers. The role emphasizes customer service, speed, and accuracy in diagnosing needs and communicating costs, with a commission-based pay structure and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior experience in sales or customer service.
• Prior dealership advisor experience preferred
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, shows up ready to work
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow ICC process: greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
• Communicate what needs to be done, cost, and completion time.
• Conduct vehicle walk around to assess needs.
• Obtain customer agreement for service needs.
• Offer a multi-point inspection.
• Write accurate repair orders using ADP system.
• Provide estimates upfront with price guarantees.
• Obtain approval to review findings and prices.
