Job summary

The ideal candidate has Express Lube Advisor experience, at least 1 year as an automotive technician, and a valid driver’s license. You will work in a collaborative environment with flexible scheduling to accommodate customer demand.

Qualifications

• Experience as Express Lube Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive service role.
• At least 1 year of experience as an automotive technician.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers following set procedures.
• Build relationships by identifying needs and offering service solutions.
• Serve as liaison between customer and technician to relay needs and recommendations.
• Develop repair estimates including materials, labor, and deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders and log them into the service database.
• Notify customers of additional service needs based on inspections.
• Manage manufacturer warranty for qualifying repairs.
• Keep customers informed of service specials, times, and expenses.
