Qualifications

• Experience in service writing is required.
• Dealership experience is preferred.
• Proven strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify work was properly performed and diagnosed.
• Research vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
• Input and maintain customer information; complete work tasks efficiently using phone, email and chat systems.
• Schedule service appointments.
