Job summary

Team Auto Center is seeking an Express Lane Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will greet customers on the drive line, explain repair processes, and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth operations.

The role welcomes candidates from customer service, retail, hospitality, or related fields who are motivated to learn the automotive service industry. A professional appearance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Must be organized and friendly with strong customer-service focus.
Ability to manage others and coach teammates when needed.
Strong time-management and multitasking capabilities.
Excellent communication with customers and team members.
Professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor.
Clean driving record required (motor vehicle report).
Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Oversee flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
Own the customer experience by completing assigned tasks to leave a positive impression.
Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, via phone or in person.
Inform customers of vehicle needs and communicate repairs clearly.
