Job summary

Kalispell Ford is seeking an Express Lane Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will greet owners, explain repair processes, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate service. Previous roles in customer service or hospitality are welcome as training is provided.

You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers through service options and keeping them informed on vehicle needs while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensure all customers are informed of vehicle needs
