Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Quick Lane/Express Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers in the express lane during repair and maintenance visits. You will drive customer satisfaction by performing routine services in a fast-paced setting and by accurately estimating needs.

You will collaborate closely with the Service Manager/Director, sales managers, technicians and group leaders to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience in our multi-brand dealership

Responsibilities

• Be the principal contact between the dealership and customer for repair and maintenance service in the express lane.
• Provide customer satisfaction through routine maintenance and minor replacements in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager/Director, sales managers, group leaders and technicians to support service operations.
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations and other duties in the quick lane.
• Greet service customers warmly and be a helpful host.
• Listen to customers' reasons for visiting and offer diagnostic services or repairs accordingly.
• Provide accurate estimates for services or repairs recommended.

We are currently seeking a Quick Lane/Express Advisorto join our Ed Morse team.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to act as the principal contact between the dealership and customer for repair and maintenance service on their vehicles in the express lane
• The goal is to provide customer satisfaction, routine maintenance and minor replacements in a fast-paced environment
• Advisor will report directly to the Service Manager/ Service Director, but they will also work very closely with vehicle sales managers, the group leaders, technicians
• Work directly with team to complete oil changes, tire rotations and other duties as needed in the quick lane
• Promptly meet and greet service customers warmly and be the perfect host
• Listen to customer's reason(s) for bringing their vehicle to the service department
• Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy customer's concerns
• Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended

• Candidates must be well spoken, have excellent communication skills.
• Work efficiently in a high-speed environment
• Be a positive associate who provides exceptional personalized service to our guests and community.
• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers.
• Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings with professionalism, courtesy and tact.
• Maintain a customer satisfaction rating above zone average.
