Five Star Ford Dallas is seeking a motivated Quick Service Advisor to join our Express Service team. You will be the first contact for customers requesting routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections, guiding vehicles through the Quick Lane process.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication with technicians, and accurate repair order writing.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills for clear updates with customers and technicians.
• Good organizational skills to manage repair orders and service flow.
• Valid driver's license required to operate and test drive vehicles.
• Willing to submit to background check and drug screen.
