Ektello seeks a Business Analyst I to support Parts Pricing Management and Export Order Management in Santa Ana, CA. The role focuses on pricing data accuracy, catalog updates, and timely communications with internal teams, plus processing export orders and KPI analysis to improve performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in operations or analytics, strong Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree. English proficiency required; Korean bilingual is a plus for subsidiary interactions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business operations, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or related analytical role.
• MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data formatting) is required.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Korean) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Parts Pricing Management – CE & MX Parts Support: Provide analytical and administrative support for pricing adjustments and updates for CE and MX parts catalogs.
• Coordinate with internal pricing, sales, and product teams to gather inputs needed for timely pricing updates.
• Export Specialist – Order Processing & KPI Analysis: Process and manage export sales orders from initiation through final delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and report on export KPIs including order fulfillment, lead times, and shipping accuracy.
