Summary
The Business Analyst I serves as a key operational and analytical support role within the organization, focusing on two primary functional areas: Parts Pricing Management and Export Order Management, 70/30 split.
Key Responsibilities
Parts Pricing Management – CE & MX Parts Support
- Provide analytical and administrative support for pricing adjustments and updates for CE (Construction Equipment) and MX (Mexico) parts catalogs.
- Assist in reviewing, validating, and updating parts pricing data in applicable systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with internal pricing, sales, and product teams to gather inputs needed for timely pricing updates.
- Support the preparation and distribution of pricing change communications to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of pricing history, adjustment logs, and approval documentation.
- Assist in reconciling pricing discrepancies and escalating exceptions as needed.
- Contribute to pricing performance reporting and analysis as directed.
Export Specialist – Order Processing & KPI Analysis
- Process and manage export sales orders from initiation through final delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with export regulations and internal procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international subsidiary customers, maintaining professional and timely email communication to address inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate logistics activities between freight forwarders, customers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on‑time shipments.
- Monitor and track shipment milestones; proactively communicate delays or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
- Compile, analyze, and report on export Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including order fulfillment rates, lead times, shipping accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain and organize export documentation including shipping instructions, commercial invoices, packing lists, and any required compliance documents.
- Identify process gaps or recurring issues within the export workflow and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support month-end reporting related to export order volume, revenue, and performance trends.
Skills/Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, International Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a business operations, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or related analytical role
- Prior experience in export operations, international customer support, or parts/pricing administration is a plus
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data formatting)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
- Familiarity with order management or freight management platforms is a plus
- Ability to create basic dashboards or reports in Excel or similar tools
Language
- English proficiency required (written communication skills are critical for international customer correspondence)
- Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus given subsidiary interactions
