Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Business Analyst in Santa Ana, CA for a fully on-site contract role. The position focuses on export order management and parts pricing, requiring strong Excel skills and ERP experience.

The analyst will coordinate logistics, track KPIs, and support month-end reporting while serving international customers and internal pricing teams. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, International Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a business operations, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or analytical role
• Experience with export operations, international customer support, or pricing administration is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
• Familiarity with order management or freight management platforms is a plus
• Ability to create basic dashboards or reports in Excel or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Process and manage export orders from initiation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for international subsidiary customers with timely email communication.
• Coordinate logistics between freight forwarders, customers, and warehouse teams for on-time shipments.
• Monitor shipment milestones and communicate delays or discrepancies to stakeholders.
• Compile, analyze, and report export KPIs including order fulfillment, lead times, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain export documentation including shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, and compliance documents.
• Provide pricing support for CE & MX parts catalogs, updating data in applicable systems.
• Reconcile pricing discrepancies and prepare communications on pricing changes.
