Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or analytics.
• Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) required.

Responsibilities

• Process export orders from initiation to delivery with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customers, and warehouse teams for on-time shipments.
• Monitor export KPIs: order fulfillment, lead times, shipping accuracy, customer satisfaction.
• Maintain export documents: shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, compliance docs.
• Support CE & MX parts pricing updates and data validation in systems.
