Innovate with Intelliswift is seeking a Business Analyst I to support Export Order Management and Parts Pricing Management. The role focuses on orderly export order processing, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with logistics and pricing teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in operations or analytics, strong Excel skills, and prior exposure to ERP systems. This onsite position requires clear communication with international customers and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance or international business preferred.
• 1–2 years in operations, logistics, supply chain or analytics.
• Experience in export operations or pricing administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process export orders from initiation to delivery with accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for international customers via timely emails.
• Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders, customers, and warehouses.
• Monitor shipment milestones and communicate delays to stakeholders.
• Compile and report export KPIs including lead times and shipping accuracy.
• Maintain export documents and support month-end export reporting.
• Support pricing updates for CE and MX parts catalogs.
