Responsibilities

• Oversee daily air and ocean export activities, including shipment setup, pickup, documentation, transfer, tracking, and file closure.
• Review export files and documents for accuracy, compliance, and customer requirements before departure.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, overseas offices and internal departments to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Monitor rates, billing, and shipment notifications to customers and offices; support cost control.
• Supervise export staff and provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
