Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Exports to oversee Export Agents and coordinate export operations in a fast-paced freight-forwarding environment.

The role emphasizes cost-effective shipping, timely service, and strict adherence to TSA, IATA, HAZMAT and ITAR regulations, with a focus on process improvements and regulatory compliance across all shipments. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus three to five years of export experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of export administration regulations (TSA, IATA, HAZMAT, ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Export Agents, prioritizing work and assigning daily tasks.
• Manage daily export activities, consolidate shipments and obtain best carrier rates.
• Monitor customer needs, respond to requirements and resolve issues affecting delivery.
• Perform routine audits, ensure rates, compliance and records are accurate.
• Ensure shipments comply with regulations and security measures.
